Thank you for your booking to visit Father Christmas

Yes, we have a maximum booking limit of four children. Please choose the number of children and you will see which slots can accommodate you. Or, you can select more than one slot.

If you do need to cancel your booking, please do so 24 hours before the event start time (by Friday 21 November at 3pm).

If you cancel within this period you will receive a refund. There is no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or for no-shows. 

The secret Grotto is on the upper mezzanine of our barn and is only accessible by stairs. If you would like your child to see Father Christmas but would not be able to access the Grotto, please contact us first and we will try our best to arrange an accessible alternative. 

Our Father Christmas visits are located in our secret Grotto on the mezzanine of our wonderfully decorated barn. After meeting the elves, children will get to meet  Father Christmas and will receive a small gift. 

Visits are available through the day at our WInter Fair. You will book for a 30 moniute time slot and booked visits during that time will be on a first-come basis.

Unless there are free slots that have not been booked, then it will not be possible to visit on the day. We recommed you book in advnace.
