Our Rustic Elegance Package includes all of the following:

Reception drink for a minimum of 60 guests
Harvest Moon Barn for 2 nights and Ember Eve Barn on your wedding night (with complimentary bottle of Prosecco)
Choice of 2 catering options for your wedding breakfast for a minimum of 60 guests
White cherry blossom trees, flower arch and vintage bicycle
1/3 acre gardens and colourful secret garden
Large marquee with white silk linings, chandeliers & festoon lighting.

PLUS Our newly renovated ‘Antlers Cocktail Bar’ on the gallery – complete with dedicated Mixologist serving Cocktails all evening.

Our Rustic Elegance Package includes all of the following:

Choice of 2 catering options for your wedding breakfast for a minimum of 60 guests:

BBQ Menu
including homemade Burgers served in a floured bap with caramelised onions & marinated BBQ Chicken, with choice of 3 salad accompaniments, plus dessert.

Bowl Food Menu
from a broad selection of dishes. For example:

Chicken & Chorizo Paella – tender chicken and spicy chorizo sausage cooked with saffron rice & smokey paprika OR

Lamb Koftes – Minted lamb with herbs and spices cooked on a skewer with lemon and coriander cous cous OR

Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Curry – with naan bread and mango chutney

Served with choice of 3 salad accompaniments, plus dessert.

Up to 6 White Cherry Blossom Trees for your table or venue decoration- plus two large canopy blossom trees at the top table
Our artificial flower garland to decorate the archway for memorable photo opportunities
Our decorative Vintage Bicycle - a charming feature to display your reception drinks or other decorative items
1/3 acre gardens set in 400 acres of countryside and stunning colourful secret garden

Our sumptuous secret lounge, hidden behind an artisan designed bookcase concealing a luxury lounge.

FAQ's

Does the package include the ceremony fees?

A twilight wedding ceremony at Winters Tale Country Barn must start at 5.00pm. This is based on the time that the Registrar can be available. We advise for guests to arrive at 4.30pm.

What time would we have access to the venue for our package wedding?

You and your suppliers will be able to access the venue for pre-wedding set up from 1pm on the day of your package wedding.

Is accommodation included in the Rustic Elegance package?

Yes, our delightful 2-bedroom cottage, Harvest Moon Barn is included for 2 nights (the night prior and the night of your wedding) and Ember Eve Barn our romantic Wedding Suite, on your wedding night.

Do we have a choice of ceremony spaces with the rustic package wedding?

If it’s raining on the day of your wedding, then celebration drinks can be moved into the marquee.

What time of year can we book a rustic elegance wedding package?

Our Rustic Elegance Wedding Package is available for ALL dates in 2026.
