There is nothing negative to say about Winters Tale. The staff were amazing from our first visit to the venue, throughout our planning, and during our special day. They were friendly, professional and helped us stay completely relaxed so we could enjoy our day properly. Nothing went wrong, everything was on time etc. The venue was perfect inside and out; the accommodation barns were an ideal way for us to end the festivities. Our day was better than we could have even imagined and we can’t say thank you enough. The team go over and above – for example 2 guests were unable to book transport and the owners arranged a lift with one of their friends to help our guests get home; and this is only one example of the efforts they go to!
