We are so grateful for Christine, Gail, Caroline and the team. We fell in love with the venue from the second we walked in. The set up meant that all our guests were able to enjoy the day and mix in a lovely space that catered for everyone. Everything was absolutely perfectly coordinated and the whole day ran so smoothly. We really couldn’t have asked for more. There wasn’t a moment of our day that wasn’t perfect and we will always be grateful for giving us the best day of our lives. Thank you x

We recently celebrated our wedding at Winter’s Tale Country Barn. From the first viewing we fell in love with the venue. Christine, Gail and Caroline were extremely helpful and fantastic at giving us useful advice throughout the whole process. There were regular meetings in the build up to the wedding and they were always open to helping with our ideas, suggestions and questions. The reception atmosphere was incredible and every guest commented on how magical the venue is. Best day of our lives.

We cannot thank everyone at Winters Tale’s enough for making our day so special. The location, venue and staff are absolutely brilliant. The whole team at Winters Tale are so friendly and helpful. They kept communication with all the suppliers we had; their close relationships with their recommended suppliers made everything so easy and smooth. Made everything stress free. We ended up with the hottest day of the year and everyone were troopers and were smiling regardless of the heat!

The day was everything we hoped for and more.

We had a last minute addition of our “flower men” which Caroline was so helpful accommodating.

We had an amazing day, the venue is brilliant and and there is plenty of space both inside and outside which gives you the chance to put your own stamp on it. This is a venue that should be high on your list to book. Our day and venue was lovely and everything went according to plan thanks to the team at Winters Tale.

There is nothing negative to say about Winters Tale. The staff were amazing from our first visit to the venue, throughout our planning, and during our special day. They were friendly, professional and helped us stay completely relaxed so we could enjoy our day properly. Nothing went wrong, everything was on time etc. The venue was perfect inside and out; the accommodation barns were an ideal way for us to end the festivities. Our day was better than we could have even imagined and we can’t say thank you enough. The team go over and above – for example 2 guests were unable to book transport and the owners arranged a lift with one of their friends to help our guests get home; and this is only one example of the efforts they go to! What a fabulous venue for a wedding, the staff were friendly and on hand to help out with anything during the lead up and on our big day. The entire weekend ran smoothly, drinks were reasonably priced, both the barn and marquee were warm, even in November. Every detail of this venue is well thought out and executed perfectly.

Me and my wife had a lovely time here with our Wedding. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us, they were extremely communicative throughout the entire wedding process and made us feel extremely comfortable.

The area itself is picturesque for all wedding photos, with our guests commenting how lovely the exterior was. The interior is also extremely pretty, and when the white trees are used as a backdrop it looks even nicer. I would 10/10 recommend this place to any potential wedding couples, or as a venue only for events, it is definitely worth it and the pictures will come out amazing.

We have just hosted our 20th Wedding Anniversary – Great location, amazing venue, ambience was heartwarming. Attentive support staff, great communication prior, during and post the event. Brilliant facilities! Sleeping accommodation is as sweet and comfortable as ever. I’d recommend Winters Tale Country Barn to anyone thinking of having a similar event. Most likely to be our future events venue.

We recently celebrated our wedding at Winter’s Tale Country Barn last month. From our first viewing we fell in love with this beautiful venue! The team were so helpful and fantastic to work with, giving us advice throughout the whole process and on the day as well.

It sadly rained on the morning of the wedding so the marquee was used for the welcome drinks and was so thankful we had that space before the ceremony! Our guests loved the venue and there was plenty of space to park, and move around. The cocktail bar in the evening is another great addition.

I would like to say from myself an on behalf of my wife the biggest thank you to the team at Winters Tale as we could not fault a single thing about the venue and was so impressed with the organisation of the day and so grateful for all the hard work the team put in to make our day so special!

Without doubt one of the best Barn wedding venues and a hidden gem in Buckinghamshire that is a must have venue for future weddings! Myself and my husband would like to say a huge thank you to Winter’s Tale for making our big day so magical. The communication and support of the wedding coordinators and all the staff was faultless.
They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I never had to worry about a thing on the day. The weather was miserable, but I barely remember that, instead I remember how much my cheeks ached from smiling.

We are so grateful and can’t thank you all enough. We knew from our 1st visit that Winter’s tale was the venue for our reception. The fact that we (our toddler and my new in-laws) could stay in their cottages based literally a stone’s throw away, was a win for us, but it wasn’t just that, the fact that there was a quiet snug for those needing a break away was amazing, the 2 bars (one serving delicious cocktails) was perfect for the amount of guests we invited and the staff were so friendly, the spacious area for eating, drinking and dancing along with the marquee was everything we had in mind for our perfect day.

I would recommend this venue to anyone as they embark on the monumentally huge task of wedding planning. Searching for the right venue is hard and can often put pressure on the happiest of couples, but we had no arguments, we knew this place was the one from the moment we parked up (they have lots of parking by the way).

We would recommend the complete wedding package they offer too, worth every penny, and again, takes the weight of trying to liaise with multiple suppliers for decorations, photobooths, garden games etc. Thanks again ladies and gents. From the very happy couple, Helen and Steve.
